GLOBAL CONSTITUTION WORLD UNDER ONE RULE
Global Government with world under one rule is the only solution.
Though recent globe-shaking natural calamities like tsunamis, hurricanes and earthquakes and economic recession occur in individual nations, the impact is global and is globally bringing about geographical, geological, climatic and economic changes. Such totally dependent situations make the nations to be yoked together for survival and existence, and are helped by each other. Thus here starts the journey for a global survival and co-existence, even to the extent of a global economic system and such kind of an administrative set-up. But on the other hand, the present nations of the world are reeling under independently insoluble problems like political unsteadiness with the failure of Parliamentary Democracy against the better hope of the people who trusted that Parliamentary Democracy would be a real remedy and improvement in all the realms more than the earlier monarchies. But on the contrary, in the Parliamentary Democracy (the license for disobedience) there are defections with the resultant fall of governments leading to recurrent expensive elections; cancerous corruption, reportedly even in the judiciary and military; ‘practical non-civilization’ with poverty on the one side and wantonness on the other; social, cultural and moral deterioration, and juvenile frustration and unemployment.The concept of Global Government to bring in abiding peace and tranquillity in the world has been cherished by several sages and writers who have dreamt of a world without wars, famines and pestilences, poverty, fear of terrorism, greed for power and all such evils that divide mankind teeming with inimical thoughts and activities. However, the accomplishment of such a global system of government shall be only with the establishment of a peace-loving, God-fearing theocratic society, resulting from hard work and strict discipline imposed by selfless, committed and dedicated rulers to rule and guide them. Such a hierarchical set-up of rulers and the ruled is the divine dispensation, by which there shall be the fulfillment of the foretold kingdom of saints and subjects (‘Satyayug’ or ‘Dharmayug’) for a thousand years, followed by the Perfect Satyayug and then the Everlasting Ages.Thus here starts the dire need of the Global Government for a world under one rule for turning the chauvinistic interest of nations for the collective existence and peaceful survival in the globe enabling the people to enjoy global citizenship by considering the total globe as theirs and their land.For the convenience of administration, the entire Globe is divided into 10 Regions, which are divided into 120 Subregions, again into 6,000 Main Provinces and 1,44,000 Provinces. Each Province is in 10 Divisions and each Division is in 12 Subdivisions and each Subdivision is in 50 City-towns and each City-town is in 24 Towns of settlement, where each Town of settlement is to be with its own labouring area.Each City-town is to be self-sufficient through all her 24 Towns of settlement, as 10 with Agriculture and Farming, 5 with Large-scale Industries, 5 with Small-scale Industries, 2 with Spinning and Weaving (Textiles) and the other 2 with Handi works.
