+0 is the stage of Infinity from when the Circular Big Vacuum Universe is set, that is Alpha (crore x crore) years ago. This Circular Big Vacuum Universe is further with vacuum motions against the vacuum conflicts (as in our mind).
The time of 2300 crore years begins with the setting of the conflict of positive and negative aspects of the same ideology and whose derivative is positive and negative friction for the Matter universe.
At the very end of setting the Matter universe the universe is really set into dual state forever as 0/0.
If -0 represents the vanished Infinity state and the further +0 represents the Circular Big Vacuum Universe, there comes into being +0/-0 value as 0/0 which is the value between the past vanished Infinity and the formed Circular Big Vacuum Universe that continues forever and ever.
